The next step in the Legislative Cycle for Senate Bill 202 is in the California State Assembly, Committee on Business and Professions.  A hearing is on calendar for Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at 9:00am.

PICA, after polling its membership, is taking the stance of "Active Opposition."  PICA has already submitted an Opposition Letter to the Assembly Analyst for SB 202.
